Keeping Music Alive

Alexandria Adamson is an acclaimed Country Artist based in Liverpool and Manchester. Alexandria Adamson embarked on her musical voyage of artistic discovery as a youngster, brought up and drilled in the traditional roots of Scots-Irish, Americana and Hymnal repertoire, she found inspiration in musicians such as Eddi Reader, Dougie McLean, Willie Nelson, Elton John and notably Carole King, whom to this day continues to be her driving force. She was also diligently drilled in music theory privately with her school teacher George Barclay at her Special Needs School in Scotland. Barclay seen her potential and encouraged her to explore further training at what was known as the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama (now RCS), and further study at Coatbridge or Motherwell Colleges (now New College Lanarkshire),  through her training, this has played an influential role in shaping her unique signature sound. Alexandria Adamson seeks to offer something different and unique to her fans by creating and performing original music that they are proud to call their own. She is currently in partnership with UK Disability Music organisation Drake Music, a member of the Musicians’ Union and the Performers Rights Society for Music (PRS for Music) For more information please get in touch.
